ZOHO CRM / Automation Specialist

Looking for an experienced CRM / process automation specialist with experience using Zoho One / CRM. The position can begin on a freelance basis. We operate two live training businesses with extensive opportunities to automate our workflows. The ideal candidate will have the ability to map our processes, identify automation opportunities, and design / deploy the automations. We will also expect that individual to oversee the design of the CRM itself, create custom modules, optimize our existing modules, etc.
