Graphic designer for marketing

Looking for someone who can help design creative advertisement design for an automotive repair and towing business. Must be able to create unique graphic designs, and preference will be given to those who can do video as well. We'll be using these for our facebook and instagram marketing, as well as print advertising. If you have experience marketing on these platforms, let us know.
