ABOUT US: We are a mixed agency supporting three industry verticals real estate, insurance, and lending. We sell educational products, buy, and sell properties, work with investors and help facilitate various lending processes.

OUR TEAM: For the most part is completely remote but operates collectively as one team, while at times supporting agents independently. COVID made this more and more possible. However, a virtual model comes with additional virtual needs. If you’re looking for full-time work with growth opportunities. This could be the place for you.

WORK DETAILS:  This role offers a 90-day probation ---------- om previous hires, we have learned time is wasted in the training process only to uncover that we may not have the right fit for our long-term vision. This is not an entry-level position. You must have at least 2 years of VA experience (if you have experience in the above-mentioned 3 verticals that’s a huge PLUS, but not a requirement). After your 90-day probation period and all assessments have been met, cleared, and approved by the team. This full-time salaried position will then come with additional benefits and bonuses which will be discussed during the interview process.

WE ONLY HIRE: Team players who can work well and be trusted without the need of a lot of supervision and those who do not need to be micromanaged. You must be a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. Plus, be willing to bring new ideas to the forefront. The hours set are the required work hours. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is available Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm EST
Must speak good (American) English
You will be required to answer calls and set appts
Must have 2 years of virtual assistance experience
Must know how to post on LinkedIn, Pinterest, FB, TikTok, and Instagram
Must have experience using Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Trello and ----------
Must know how to create SOPs
Must be a great at researching (import data accurately)
Must be a team player
Must be self-motivated

Our Virtual Assistants are not required to sell products. However, we set the pay plan in a way that would ensure that our Virtual Assistants are compensated for the efforts they made to help close sales for each of our sales agents.  We know that virtual assistants are oftentimes under appreciated when it comes to their role and responsibilities. We also see that many are typically limited by their income potential. We wanted to be one of the few companies to share in the profits made by your initial front-end dedication. Salary 40 hrs. per week
2 weeks paid vacation
Base Pay = $22167.20 - $37684.24/Peso
                    $400 - $680/US
                    Bi-weekly payout (Plus Bonuses)

System/equipment requirements:
- Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
- Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS  
- Backup workstation (preferred)
- Backup internet
- USB headset
- You must have a quiet space to work in.
