Operations & Technical Badass

We need someone who is an absolute operations badass and can come in and start owning stuff immediately. 

Specifically, we need someone who is highly ---------- t necessarily from a programming standpoint, but from a logic standpoint. We need someone who can help with ManyChat bot technical flows. Think of a big drop and drag message editor where you need to connect the dots and understand how data flows.

You should have a high level of detail and logic. 

Besides being highly technical, you should also be highly personable. We'll need you to run zoo ---------- etings with our clients and help them with their business and implementing their bot in their business. So besides understanding how the back end of building bots work, you should also be able to explain it to people from a marketing perspective in a way that makes sense. 

You should have a high level of written and spoken English. 

Who are we? We are BotBuilders, we build the best bots in the world. We have a very small tight knit family of employees. We have 6 in the US and 10 in PH. We treat and pay our employees extremely well. 

We are looking for someone who wants to make this their 100% main focus, not just another side job. For this, we'll start you at $1,000 - $1800 USD per month. For employees who excel we give regular bonuses to and raises. But we are looking for someone who will be with us for years to come.
