Jr. IT Staff (On-site Davao City)

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related field.
•Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience in IT helpdesk/Support level role.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT.
• Amenable to working on the graveyard shift.
• Willing to work on-site/

Scope of work:
•Support employees on-site and remotely.
•Troubleshoot VPN client and site-to-site VPN.
•Troubleshoot office apps (such as Outlook, Onedrive and Sharepoint) and other softwares.
•Troubleshoot a networking issues on servers and workstations.
•Onboarding new employees.
•Document troubleshooting steps.
•Conduct an IT check on prospect candidates.
•IT inventory.
