Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of operational tasks to support the smooth running of our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory and backorders, creating product listings on platforms like Shopify and Amazon, creating barcodes, creating shipping plans, and manually updating order holds and mystery box contents on Shiphero. You will also be responsible for creating reorder reports and completing daily stock ---------- this role, you will be expected to have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor inventory and backorders, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand
* Create product listings on Shopify and Amazon, including writing product descriptions and uploading product images
* Create barcodes for use on products and packaging
* Create shipping plans to ensure that orders are shipped out in a timely and cost-effective manner
* Manually update order holds and mystery box contents on Shiphero
* Create reorder reports to help identify when we need to restock certain products
* Complete daily stock reports to track inventory levels and identify any discrepancies
* Perform other operational tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the business
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associates or bachelor's degree
* Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon
* Familiarity with inventory management software and tools like Shiphero
* Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
