Qualities we are looking for include:
- Experience in a bookkeeping role and strong admin skills
- Experience with MYOB is essential
- Creating spreadsheets and managing databases
- Accurate and timely completion of reports
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Preparing weekly invoices using Excel
- Assist the broader management team with bookeeping, associated reporting and other activities as required
- General and ad hoc administrative functions
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills
Skills:
- High level of computer literacy, proficient in MS Office suite
- Excel Skills to include; advanced formula's, macro's, VLookup, filtering information
- High attention to detail with well-developed organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Approachable and have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Confidential and professional
