Looking for a talented individual to render/edit photos of properties. This role would start as a freelance or part time position but will quickly move to full time within the next 12 months. The majority of our business is involved in renovating distressed/damaged properties to eventually rent/lease. To improve the leasing process, we would like someone who can work with videos and photos taken prior to or during renovation, and produce renderings of the desired finished product. To give a brief description of what we typically include in rentals - we typically furnish rentals with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen, white trim, white painted cabinets, white subway tile with dark gray grout, refinished hardwoods or gray vinyl plank flooring, etc…

I’m looking for someone to create images based on the pictures I’ve attached that showcase updated appliances, white cabinets, granite countertops, etc… I want some renderings to advertise to potential tenants to show what the completed product will look like. Please include the phrase “red orange” in your application. Please use the above description to complete/furnish your renderings.
