We are a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency based in New York State that focuses on brand strategy, design, and innovation and we are seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer/Developer to join our growing team

Job Overview

You would be an excellent fit for the position if you are imaginative, creative, and a strategic thinker eager to learn and advance our company.

Responsible for:

-Creating website design and layout of a website or web pages
-Knowledgeable in UI and UX best practices
-Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
-Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
-Developing e-commerce websites that are easy to navigate, have relevant content, and provide high-quality images
-Research and evaluate new design trends
-Excellent collaboration skills to work with teams across marketing
-Creating mock-ups of the site aligned with client specifications
-Conceptualizing and implementing approved designs and plans for client websites
-Fixing any functionality issues (testing and troubleshooting)
-Updating and maintaining the site
-Integrate data from various back-end services, databases, and digital analytics
-Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of progress
-Design marketing collaterals/creatives as needed
-Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned

Requirements:

-Portfolio link of design works
-Two years or more experience with website development and website designing
-Exceptional design, layout, and multimedia skills using different design platforms
-Have a solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative
-Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) is a PLUS
-E-commerce experience
-Good visual design sense
-Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
