THE BRAND:
Founded in 2012, we have grown to become a significant international producer of vegan protein shakes. We are an online-only focused company and sell primarily on Amazon US and UK. We produce a range of products sold under 6 separate brands. We are a talented team of dedicated, highly qualified professionals.


THE ROLE:
Love social media and creating viral FB ads?

The Facebook Ads Manager we are looking for plays an integral part in our social media and influencer marketing growth initiatives. We are seeking a digitally savvy marketing and strategic mind to plan, manage, monitor, and grow our brand by producing viral FB ads content!

The position is responsible for the following:
- Managing and optimizing social media ads across Facebook and Instagram
- Growing revenue by product viral ads
- Working with our influencer marketing manager to whitelist influencers.
- Identifying KPIs that help the brand grow using social media ads.

This is a fully home-based position which means you can work anytime anywhere.


WHO ARE YOU:
- You LIVE social media marketing. You LOVE creating VIRAL ads that translate to sales. You've already done loads of this with a top agency or brand. You need to be able to hit the ground running.
- You are a marketing professional. You have experience working with a consumer brand.
- You are a self-starter and require less supervision and management.
- You have great English.


WHO YOU ARE NOT:
- Someone who needs constant hand-holding and direction. This isn't about following processes... this is about creating processes and constantly improving them.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Building, launching, and day-to-day management of a variety of digital media campaigns(primarily on Facebook);
- Proactively assist in optimizing campaign through A/B testing, targeting, and budget allocation;
- Clearly communicate strategy, performance, and campaign recommendations;
- Identifying and investigating trends, issues, and opportunities. Help brainstorm new angles;
- Work closely with the Senior Media Buyer to drive growth through paid channels;
- Learn about and stay current on new channels, software, and best practices;
- Actively seek opportunities to expand understanding and use of paid media;
- Develop strategies and create clear plans to achieve client revenue or customer acquisition goals through paid marketing.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads (Experience in other platforms like Google, Tiktok, and Pinterest is an advantage).
- You have good communication and copywriting skills.
- You have basic video and photo editing skills.
- You have a passion for data and a willingness to learn on the fly.
- You are a good team player and have a positive outlook toward work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
You're an A-player. You have a track record of achievement. You already have significant experience in influencer marketing. You probably have a top degree in marketing. You will know how.
