Affiliate Manager and Partnership Specialist

Founded in 2012, we have grown to become a significant international producer of vegan protein shakes. We are an online-only focused company and sell primarily on Amazon US and UK. We produce a range of products sold under 6 separate brands. We are a talented team of dedicated, highly qualified professionals.

THE ROLE:
The Affiliate Manager and Partnership Specialist we are looking for is capable of sourcing and searching for influencers/affiliates in different social media platforms, able to think out of the box, familiar with influencer-brand partnerships, and has knowledge about effective influencer/affiliate marketing strategies.

This is a fully home-based position which means you can work anywhere.


WHO ARE YOU:
- You LIVE and BREATHE through influencer and affiliate marketing. You LOVE it and you've already done loads of this possible with a top agency or brands. You need to be able to hit the ground running.
- You are a marketing professional. You have experience working with a consumer brand.
- You have great English… but not only that, you are familiar with the mindset of US consumers and know how to relate to them.
- Great with people, you love making deals and connecting people together.
- Learns quickly when facing new problems, relentless learner, open to change, improves, enjoys challenges and finding solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience as an influencer or affiliate marketer.
- Strong track record of success managing influencer/affiliates marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Refersion or related apps used in affiliate marketing.
- Ability to control narratives, de-escalate frustrated users, and influence user sentiment

- Knowledge of how to select the right influencers for the brand.
- Flexibility and willingness to pivot with little notice

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Execute and support influencer campaigns from A-Z, including but not limited to identifying, vetting, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships
- Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners via Refersion
- Performing various marketing activities to promote partner program
- Onboard new partners based on the previous
- Select influencers that share the same brand values and that have a natural affinity with our brand

- Define KPIs and track the performance of all influencer campaigns.
- Ability to measure the success of influencer campaigns.
- Assist the Influencer Marketing Manager with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with Influencer and affiliate marketing trends.
- Perform minimal social media tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- You're an A player. You have a track record of achievement. You already have significant experience in influencer marketing.
- You probably have a top degree in marketing.
