Full-Time Experienced & Creative T-Shirt/Leggings Designer Needed

We are looking to add another full-time well-rounded graphic designer to our team, capable of creating TOP-NOTCH niche T-Shirt AND Designs for Women's Leggings.

The successful applicant will have excellent typography and text-treatment skills as well as the ability to create or edit illustrations and patterns to fit our specific needs in design composition.

This applicant must be able to create (original designs) or re-create from scratch a minimum of 15-20 HIGH QUALITY designs per week. We will provide descriptions of specific design concepts. You must be able to apply feedback to revise or make changes to the designs as necessary. You must be able to work quickly, efficiently and produce high quality designs.

Starting Pay: Salary or Hourly (flexible).

Requirements:

- Must be creative!
- Must have minimum of 3 years design experience
- Must provide your original design portfolio of your past work (specifically in T-shirt designs and possibly leggings design too, which would be a plus but not required as long as you will be able to learn how to do leggings as well)
(* Preference will be given to those with T-shirt and Leggings design backgrounds)
- Must be extremely organized, with a close eye on the details and pride in your work.
- Must communicate with us timely and often via email, Skype.
- Fluent English listening and speaking required to understand our design direction and feedback.
- Must have proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop.
- Will be asked to perform various additional tasks from time to time to grow with our team.
- Must have good consistent High Speed Internet Connection for work efficiency.
- Must have a reliable working computer
- Webcam will be highly preferred for Video Skype Chat from time to time. (would like you to have Webcam for Skype Interview)
