Technical Client Manager

Who can apply:

Someone who:

1. Has familiarity with ---------- , Infusionsoft, or Salesforce CRM will be a plus

Key responsibilities:

1. Work as the first point of contact for clients via email and Slack
2. Address all concerns of the clients within the designated SLA
3. Conduct client calls to assist clients with their technical needs related to the program/services
4. Work on leading the tech team in resolving simple and complicated tech-related issue
5. Work on guiding the tech team in proactively formulating tech improvements
6. Maintain and strengthen the positive relationship between the company and the clients
7. Ensure the smooth experience of the clients in going through our program/ services
8. Come up with recommendations for new platforms, systems, set-up that will improve client experience.
9. Work on any ad hoc tasks related to managing our clients


Full-time Position (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday) 12 pm to 10 pm IST
Salary: $400-$450 USD per month

Basic Requirements to start work:

*Must have own laptop that can be used for working with the basic specs as below:
Minimum 8GB RAM
Minimum 11th Gen Intel i3 Processor or AMD Ryzen 3 or M1
Minimum 256 GB SSD Hard drive
1920 x 1080 resolution screen preferable
