Big fan of OnlineJobs.ph currently working with VAs full-time to help run our very busy web design company. We have been working with VAs since 2018. We currently have 4 VAs that work for us, and we are looking to hire our 5th.

We are DFW Website Designers. We have been around for 13 years and build about ---------- small business WordPress websites a year. Furthermore, we currently support about 600 existing website with ongoing support and maintenance. I am a very busy business owner who gets about 40 calls, 100+ text, 500+ emails and spends my life updating Trello, Airtable, and accounting. We have about 40 projects going on each month.

I need to add a custom PHP coder who can work FULL-TIME, read it again FULL-TIME, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week Sunday - Thursday (Central Standard Time)

In short, I need a rockstar code, not to build websites (I got plenty of those) but one who can assemble complicated WordPress plugins, change the code or add custom code if ---------- velop API interfaces for WordPress sites. Again, this is NOT entry level, very custom code for parts of website that need it.

1 Rockstar VA to work full-time for me, and will not work any where else.

Skills:
1. An EXTREMELY organized individual.
2. Over 5 years of WordPress experience.
3. Php coding experience.
4. API integration experience.
5. Speaking clear English a plus.
6. Exceptional problem solver, especially when tasks are hard.

For the right candidate, I offer a 7 day paid trial, 90 days probational trial to full-time, salary plus commission, even pay vacation and sick time and 13th month. I pay twice a month on the 10th and 25th, with bonuses on the 25th check.

We are volume shop so speed is a serious requirement. We are trying to do support and task request in under 24 hours, and build websites in 2-3 days.

So what does it pay?

$800-$1000 US plus monthly bonuses. Quarterly reviews and slight increase in base 4 times a year. I am open to see your skills and what you can bring to the table.

Thr, Fri, Sat, Sun from 7a - 6p CST (Texas Time)

So here is how the interview process works... follow these instructions CAREFULLY!!!...
1) If you are interested, and can start immediately, then apply. Write me short paragraph as to why you are the best candidate, with samples of coding projects or ---------- clude your availability and proposed starting pay.
2) After 24 hours, I will take the first 40 applications and narrow it down to 3. Of those three, I would like to talk to you briefly on Skype in an informal interview.
3) From those brief Skype discussions, I would like to select one and give you a paid week trial. Lets see if we can work together. If after a week you are working out then I will put you on a on a 90 day probationary period and add you to airtable to begin work.
