Records Specialist - Personal Injury

Our law firm, Crockett Law, is looking for an assertive and proactive individual to fill the role of Remote Records Specialist, and your profile seems like the perfect fit.

We are a personal injury law firm based in Houston, Texas. Our clients have recently been injured because of the negligence of others, We are looking for candidates to join our team. We assist our clients by Collecting Medical Records and Bills from any and all facilities the client was treated for their injuries.

position would be 40 hours a week (8-5pm CST)

Qualifications
• Excellent with written and verbal communication
• Efficient and effective with overall time management
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Familiar with case management software, preferably Litify
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
• Proficient in Customer Service
• Dependable and Communicative
Responsibilities
• Obtain client medical records and bills with affidavits
• Work closely with medical providers and billing companies to obtain documents as quickly as possible via phone, fax and email
• Review and process medical records and bills to confirm the correct information was received
• Accurately document all action and communication in Litify
• Scan and upload records and bills into client file
