Podcast Manager + General Virtual Assistant with English MASTERY!

Hey!

I'm looking for a full-time assistant, who will split time between podcast management/production and general VA tasks.

I run two coaching businesses:

- Coaching for dads to help them become elite men, husbands, and fathers (Dad.Work)
- Online fitness coaching for Christian men (Jacked For Jesus)

THE most important traits I'm looking for are:

- EXCEPTIONAL English listening, comprehension, and writing skills
- Ability to learn new things (by Googling, watching Youtube, asking good questions, taking action)
- Integrity (do what you say you will do, on time, and be trustworthy)

BONUS points for:

- Podcast/audio experience
- Graphic design experience
- Wordpress experience

Every tool and task I have for you is VERY simple to use, so there is no need to be highly technical...just smart, organized, and willing to learn new things.

I will provide training for all tasks as necessary.

>>> PODCAST:

We launch one podcast per week. Sometimes you will be able to batch this work and do 2-4 episodes at a ---------- liverables:

- Podcast Production and Editing (VERY basic...done through Alitu and Buzzsprout)
- Show Notes (6-10 bullet points of what we talk about in the episode, plus any resources mentioned like books, podcasts, etc.)
- Find 6 quotes from the guest (5-40 words each) and create an Instagram graphic (from a template, very simple in Canva or Photoshop)
- WordPress post (from template...just add the show notes + bio + resources, and upload a transcript that you'll get through otter.ai)
- Emailing guests, scheduling interviews
- Outreach to get me on podcasts

>>> OTHER:

- Basic bookkeeping in Google Sheets
- Research (for business, for purchase decisions, for family needs)
- Updating my calendar
- Small website updates
- Small graphic design tasks
- Facebook ad management
- Posting to social media
- Compiling stats/data for my daily report
- MAYBE cold outreach on my social media to followers to say thanks for following and invite them to my free training
- Random tasks like updating my CRM, updating my gift list, data entry, etc.

Again, there is nothing in here that requires experience, only that you can learn quickly and work diligently.

Looking for someone who can grow into this role over the first few months of 2023 and become an essential part of this business, with room to grow alongside us.

- This is a full time position, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week.
- $800/month USD to start, with a compensation review after 3 months where I would love to give you a raise if you're doing a great job!
- You must be willing to work at least 4 hours/day during North American hours for the first 3 months as we begin working together.
- I am very flexible in terms of taking time off, local holidays, etc., just let me know in advance.
- You will get 13th month, access to professional tools, access to professional and personal development as opportunities arise, and as much as I can provide to see you succeed.

- I will work with you to complete a paid test job before hiring you full time.
