Digital marketing expert (strategist) for a finance educational niche

I am looking for an online marketing expert for few hours per week for now (I estimate between 10-20h), that could help me out in setting up the marketing strategy and then executing it. This person should be connected in some way to the management accounting world.

I am setting up an online education business in financial certification niche (for the CIMA certification). I need a passionate, energetic person who is really interested in CIMA topic and is an expert in online marketing. I need to use any creative way how to make it interesting for my targeted audience. I want to focus on FB, LinkedIn, YT for now.

Your tasks could be split in 2 main activities:
PRE GO-LIVE (now till mid May)
1. Create a database of potential future audience (emails from landing page with a lead magnet + leads from survey monkey).
2. Go deeper into the market research (I have already done the general market research, but I need to go deeper - on a country level.
3. Based on point 2, we will create a marketing strategy after go-live.
4. Setup or rather redefine social media platforms
5. Deliver a certain number of likes of FB and contacts on Linkedin (page and account) before the go-live (in May)

POST GO-LIVE
1. Execute the previously created strategy => generate more leads by social media - engagement / create brand awareness
a. Daily tasks- forum engagement, FB groups, LinkedIn groups
b. Daily tasks - monitor and engage on my social media channels
2. Run Ad campaigns on FB and maybe on other platforms, to be discussed later
3. Generate more leads/conversions in any creative way :)


I am looking for a trust-worthy, hard working individual that can support me. No, I will NOT just tell you - increase my traffic, I will discuss everything with you, hear you out if you have any tips and suggest solutions if you are stuck. I value cooperation and keeping deadlines. You need to be creative, out of the box thinker. I really value communication, so at the beginning I expect to spend some time together just discussing things, brainstorming until we setup the processes, and then you will be working independently.
