• Create and develop outbound strategy and execution plan
• Execute lead generation campaign lists; conduct campaign testing and analytics to consistently improve results of outbound campaigns.
• Manage outreach efforts through vetting of prospect database/lead list for warm and cold status,
• Identify key prospects that fit the target market segments and demographics
• Doing and managing outbound sales prospecting by crafting concise and compelling sales
• Market Research to develop warm leads
• Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new campaigns
• Report weekly goals and objectives to the team
• Attend networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads
• Responsible for pipeline management – ensuring the leads funnel is always full.
• In charge of contact research (skip trace) for outbound marketing
• Provides customer support both for prospects and existing customers.
Requirements:
1. This is a 100% remote position, so we REQUIRE you to have the basic infrastructure that will allow you to work in a WFH/remote environment.
• Stable high-speed Internet connection with backup Internet connection (Mobile internet not recommended)
• Laptop or PC that can handle work
• Headset with mic and webcam for client and tea
• Quiet and distraction-free workplace
2. Knowledge on different online, sales, lead management and CRM tools (required):
• Reporting data and dashboard management is required.
• Split testing/management process to improve results of outbound campaign.
• CRM experience is absolutely required
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and other social platforms
3. Quick Learner who possesses keen eye for details, Strong English communication and excellent interpersonal skill sets.
