JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of several new staff members who are skilled in data entry, customer service, social media management, and Facebook marketing!

Our company owns and operates MANY e-Commerce websites and stores hosted by Shopify, in a variety of niches! We're not looking for just "another VA" to take the burden off our existing staff's shoulders - we're looking for individuals who want to be part of a team that is going to be continuously growing and helping to build out our new websites! This is an amazing job opportunity for any person who is hungry for success, has a lot of time they can offer to work, and is proficient in tasks such as data entry, shopify, customer service, social media management, as well as Facebook marketing!

Some of the job responsibilities that you may/will be expected to perform on a daily basis are as follows:

- Curating (finding) content from various sources from around the internet
- Posting curated and original content to Facebook pages/Instagram Accounts
- Creating products within the Shopify store backend
- Creating short URL's for products offered on our websites
- Creating Facebook Dark Posts For Advertisements
- Responding to Customers Comments on Our Facebook Pages
- Replying to Customer Service Emails
- Finding new and unique products and items for us to sell on our various stores

Qualifications Needed For Potential Hires:

- YOU MUST be able to fluently speak/understand/write English
- YOU MUST have a Facebook account and know how to set up/manage fan pages
- YOU MUST be willing to accept payment outside of UpWork via PayPal - Mass Pay
- YOU MUST have a Skype account
- YOU MUST have a computer with a webcam and mic (we regularly do team video calls)
- YOU MUST have a strong/fast internet connection
- YOU MUST be willing to work during the hours I set
- YOU MUST be readily available throughout the day during a wide range of times
- YOU MUST know how to use Google Drive to upload and download files
- YOU MUST be able to follow and understand written directions in the form of chat/following along with provided video tutorials and work quickly

We want well rounded individuals who have a grasp on the basics of data entry, shopify, customer service, social media management, and Facebook marketing! In order to be successful working for us you must have a good attitude, have a strong work ethic - working for us can be very demanding, and be willing to work long hours ranging from 60-100 hours/week!
