Job Overview:
To support APV Consulting’s rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced professional that will help us with the following:
Assist with the recruitment process across multiple job requisitions and coordinate hiring activities
Efficiently and effectively draft job posts and fill open positions
Key Responsibilities:
Post job ads
Source, screen, interview, and profile candidates for open roles.
Schedule and conduct an initial interview with prospective candidates
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
Conduct reference verification
Assist with the employment process with necessary paperwork
Maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
Maintain and upload employment documents
Undertake administrative duties and flexibility to provide whatever help is needed

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly pay we’re offering is $4, depending on experience, and benefits include the following:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or relevant field.
At least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Familiarity with standard hiring practices
Scheduling experience is required.
Experience in recruiting management level positions is preferred
Experience in recruiting Accountants or similar roles is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail
