The Opportunity

- Communicate and work with the teams within baton to have a better understanding of what we do
- Get regularly updated with the latest trends
- Plan and design banners, social media posts, website layouts, blog thumbnails

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva.
- Knowledge in video editing is a plus
- Has good eye for design, detail oriented, grasp of marketing trends
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
