Reels/TikTok/Shorts Video Editor

We are a content marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia, looking for a rockstar short form video editor to join our team! Our main focus is on creating engaging vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc., in either talking head format and interview format.

Requirements:
2+ years of video editing & production experience - experience working with a marketing agency
Help manage the full video post-production process from ingesting media to delivering final videos
Collaborate with Project Leads to craft creative & engaging videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Repurpose Long Form Content into short clips, reels, shorts
Edit short form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Accomplish 6 - 8 edits per day
Ability to add accurate and dynamic subtitles to the videos
Input transition effects, graphics, and music into the videos to make them more visually appealing
Create cutdowns of existing content as needed
Maintain an organised workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects
Receive and incorporate feedback from Clients/Project Leads throughout the review process
Keep a pulse on hot sounds and trends on TikTok, implementing them into client’s content strategy in a timely manner
Intermediate to advanced skills in Premiere Pro is essential
Tasteful eye for design, composition, framing and colour choices
Experience with sound cleanup, sound design and sound mixing
Fluent in English with tertiary level education or equivalent
Experience working in an agency environment
Strong communication skills

Strong ability to manage own workflow and prioritise tasks
Good organisation skills & great attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and initiative
Ability to “manage up” and work closely with Directors and Managers
Ability to follow style guides and instructions (video and written SOPs)
Experience with editing footage using a proxy workflow

Bonus: Experience working with Australian or US clients

Working hours are 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Salary range: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP per month

Applicants MUST have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Fast internal SSD with at least 1TB of storage
- Good quality monitor & headphones
- Good internet speed: Minimum of 30 mbps average
