Ecommerce Assistant

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Assistant who has extensive knowledge and a good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms such as Shopify, Amazon and eBay. You should also have an interest and in on-line advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tiktok.

You will have a minimum of 2+ years experience, be a self-motivated fast learner who loves the digital retail world, with a strong eye for detail and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities for this E-Commerce Assistant includes:

-Creating and updating products in Shopify/Amazon with a focus on visual presentation and SEO
-Organizing products in collections
-Updating navigation and collections as new products are launched
-Updating pre-sale and out of stock products
-Updating homepage creative assets according to promotional calendar
-Working closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Product to ensure website is up to date
-Monitoring Google and Facebook advertising performance
-Running weekly business analysis reports, i.e. sales performance, advertising performance
-Organizing photos
-Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements


Skills and experience required for this E-Commerce Assistant:

-2+ years experience within website maintenance and reporting from a similar background
-Experience with content, product & inventory management
-Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
-Skills and knowledge of Shopify and Amazon platforms
-Experience with using the Google Analytics for project management and reporting
-Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
-A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team
-Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
