Experienced Appointment Setter/Cold Caller

Job Brief:

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to help us set an appointment between our sales rep and prospective clients and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule consultations between sales rep and prospective clients or customers
• Responsible for generating leads, documenting all appointments and sending out emails
• Add and update prospective client information into the CRM
• Cold and Warm calling
• Write your own sales pitch
• Lead Tracking and Lead Follow up
• Send End of Day report

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller or similar role
• Must know how to use the Google apps such as Google calendar and Google Sheets/Docs
• At least two (2) years of experience as an appointment setter (Outbound)
• At least one (1) year of cold calling and sales experience
• At least one (1) year of customer service experience
• Good communications skills both oral and written
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Background in construction industry is a plus

System Requirements:
• Desktop/Laptop (at least i3 or Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)
• Stable wired connection with at least 5 MBPS
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet home office

Compensation:
To be discussed - Pay per appointment

Work Schedule:
*Monday to Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. PHL Time; Work from Home setup
