FULL TIME VA/Digital Marketing Assistant - Looking to Develop Digital Marketing Skills and Work in an organized system

Here is what we’re looking for:


FAST LEARNER - You’re hungry to learn digital marketing and feel you have an ability to learn software platforms, analytics, and strategies fast. Training and training modules will be a big part of this job opportunity. You do not have to be a digital marketing expert right now.

The ideal situation is that you’re familiar with the idea and do not necessarily have to have advanced expertise of wordpress, google adwords, facebook ad platform, google analytics, and similar. While you might not have advanced expertise, you’re currently passionate to learn these types of platforms and strategies at this ---------- nt in your life.


TEAM PLAYER/ORGANIZED/LIKES SYSTEMS - You thrive on organization, systems, and love being able to deliver projects at the time you said you were, due to being on-point with your project processes/steps. You can partner with others on projects and/or manage them.


LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM FULL-TIME POSITION WITH GROWTH - You’re looking for a long-term stable job arrangement where you can grow and will be working with other tea ---------- mbers eventually.

You are a do-it-alone type of freelancer. I definitely work with these types of professionals but this specifically is not the job opportunity. Are a Ghost VA!


Cannot speak english fluently. You’ll be dealing with marketing and wording of advertisements and website so it’s important you understand the subtleties of the language.


You did your college or high school and you don’t place high importance on the need to read books and do courses beyond and after formal schooling.(only interested in constant learners for this position)

We are in the process of expanding Connectt 10x and looking to attract a team of positive minded, fun loving professionals. This position is designed to start at phase 1 of our expansion ---------- ase 1 – Develop, participate, and refine system to work seamlessly on marketing client’s projects. Currently we are at max capacity with marketing clients so we want you getting situated, into training modules and comfortable working within the projects will be a ---------- ase 2 – GROWTH! We will be planning on growing our client-base again and expanding the ---------- ase 3 – Eventually we will find the best part of that system and projects that fits your strengths as we grow.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT START?

The immediate opening is Full-Time. Your initial job will be to focus on these areas;
Marketing Research
Setting up Facebook, Adwords, Remarketing, website edits, SEO (with instruction/video demo tasks will match your knowledge level and increase as you get better) But if you dont really know these things that’s not a problem! I am looking for a learner and actually prefer it.
Help improve and refine our project processes to prime the business for growth
Results Reporting and Campaign Monitoring
Help in general/administrative
