Digital Marketing Manager (Multiple Positions)

Digital Marketing Agency seeking experienced managers due to significant growth. Managers report to either Senior Management or Executive Level Management based on function.

Managers are needed in each of the following departments:
• Website Development (Web Development Manager)
• Content and Graphics (Content & Graphics Manager)
• SEO Tuning (SEO Tuning Manager)
• Social Media (Social Media Manager)
• Link Building (Link Building Manager)

Responsibilities include building a work team and directing and managing their day-to-day activities in one of the above areas. Technical expertise in one (or several) of the above-listed areas is required. Experienced Management of a technical work team is also necessary.

Key Competencies, Skills, and Requirements:
• Excellent Management and Leadership skills
• Technical Expertise in Web Development, Content Writing, Graphics Design, SEO Tuning, Social Media Management, and/or Link Building
• Analytical and Research Skills
• Problem-Solving Mindset
• Ability to work either 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM Central Time Monday through Friday (hours determined by executive management)
• Superb Written and Verbal English Skills
• Report Writing
• Ability to Consistently Meet Deadlines
• Excellent Time Management
• Knowledge of Website Analytics
• Foundational experience with basic web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Command of WordPress and MPC preferred
