Virtual Assistant - Product Listings - Long Term

Hello Virtual Assistants,


we are an ecommerce business that sells merchandise and apparel to customers worldwide. We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support our VA team and create product listings for mainly Print on Demand designs for t-shirts, various types of merchandise and books on platforms like Merch by Amazon and Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (Amazon KDP).

Additionally, if the candidate proves to be capable, we would like the VA to perform design research tasks as well. If you have no experience with researching that is okay, we can train you.

The employment will be part time and long term. Our order volume of listings will start on the lower side. We will increase the order volume of listings which will increase your pay over time. So this job may be a side gig for you at the start and become a full time job the longer you work with us.


You will start with 10 cents USD per listing. You can expect to create about ---------- listings per month at first. This number and your pay will increase over time though depending on your experience and quality of listings. All VAs start at 10 cents because we value loyalty and the longer you'll work for us the more we are willing to pay you.


Responsibilities:

- Create product listings for Print on Demand (POD) designs and Amazon KDP books

- Check designs and listings for trademark infringements

- Possibly: Research new design ideas and create research reports


Qualifications:

- Highly proficient in speaking, writing and understanding English (C1 or C2 level)

- Preferred: Experienced in creating product listings –> Bonus: for Print on Demand (POD) t-shirts and merchandise designs and / or Amazon KDP books (please mention in your application if you have any experience with tools like Flying Upload, Lazy Merch or Merch Titans)

- Interest in American and / or European culture as those are our primary markets

- Bonus: German speaker at any level


At our company we believe in skills over diplomas. Formal education is not required if you have the necessary skills.
