At our company we believe in skills over diplomas. Formal education in design is not required if you have the necessary skills.

Please put the word “Gemstone”, exactly as written here, as the first word in the subject title of your application message. Your application will not be read if you don't do this.

If we think you are the right person for the job, we will ask you to create 3 test designs. This is to test your abilities, creativity and understanding of design requirements.

IMPORTANT: A design portfolio with t-shirt / POD designs is required.

A few tips from our side to increase your chances of getting hired:
- Do not shorten your portfolio links with ---------- , bitly or similar.
- Do not apply if you don't have a portfolio.
