A Unique Sales & Office VA - UK Entertainment Company

SMG is an international entertainment company based in the UK. We deal in live music entertainment, DJs and now kid's entertainment!

We are looking for someone with great English, communication, the ability to speak well to clients, book events, some small bookkeeping as well as the toughest thing of all ... keeping your line manager in check! There is always something new to add, so a 'can do' attitude is best'.

Must be able to think on your toes and have LOTS of common sense as every gig and day is different.

I am looking for a super confident virtual assistant who is extremely personable, honest, and confident and can become a part of our musical family.

2023, we are hoping for big things and this job will require a 'can do' attitude. Willingness to learn and assist in taking the company to the next level.

Previous experience as a VA, some website building experience (wix), email response, sales, cold calling, data entry, data analysis is needed.

We use email and WhatsApp to communicate with the band members for gigs.

The role will be 4 days a week 2 -3 hours per day to start then we will build from there.
