JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Must be able to work 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. in the Philippines hours.
2. Resolve customer problems via phone,
3. Ensure customer interactions are responded to within agreed SLAs.
4. Manage escalated customer complaints.
5. Ability to work overtime as required by the business.
6. Must be flexible in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
7. Ensure compliance with vested working regulations and SOP.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Good ENGLISH communication skills in written and verbal.
2. A can-do attitude & a willingness to learn.
3. Able to accept IRREGULAR WORK SCHEDULING and TASKS-BASED MODE.
4. Availability of on standby for peak times.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Able to work well under pressure.
2. Proven problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
3. Previous Customer Service working experience.
