Social Media Graphic Designer

Lil Shameless Plug is looking for a Graphic Designer to work on social media templates for our clients. This is a Fully Remote position.

You love creating a visual brand for companies
You know how to use and understand Canva in and out.
You have a reliable and fast (VERY FAST) internet connection.
You are constantly learning.
You would be fulfilled knowing that you are helping small businesses thrive.
You are able to juggle multiple brand identities at once.
You have a thorough understanding of the English language, jokes and slang.
You have your own smartphone and laptop.

Your daily duties would include but are not limited to...
Creating social media images for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Ensuring brand guidelines are in alignment with content for each client.
Prepare Brand Drafts for New Clients
Edit designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand

Required skills and qualities:
Ability to work from 8 AM PST - 6 PM PST
Strong attention to detail -- you double check your work and avoid small mistakes
Highly organized -- you know how to multi-task and could easily switch between client accounts
Highly responsive with excellent follow-through and follow-up -- when it comes to communication we believe you can never have too much
You are a self starter - We will provide you with the outline of what you need to do but you will be in charge of your day to day implementation
You have used and would consider yourself a pro at using Canva
You’ve used Trello/Asana before
One Mandatory Meeting/Week on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST / 7:30 AM PHT. You must be able to attend this meeting on a monthly basis.
