JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: We are looking for a superstar VA to help with administrative duties within our agency so we can give the best results and experience to our clients. You will need to have great English spoken and written communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a virtual team environment, and above all contribute to our positive company culture.

The winning candidate will be detail-orientated, comfortable learning how to use different software programs, like following checklists and good at looking after customers in a caring but efficient way. This is a great role for someone looking to expand their skills and knowledge of a variety of software programs and website admin. Clear step-by-step training will be given for any task which involves learning new platforms or processes.

Duties:
Customer service & managing positive client relationships
Publishing blog posts
Minor edits and basic updates to WordPress websites
Assistance with the implementation of SEO for local business clients and generating SEO reports
Other general administrative and marketing tasks as needed for our agency


Required Technical Skills And Experience:

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year
experience in the following:
Customer Service
At least a basic familiarity working with WordPress websites

Basic Skills:
In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we have listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:

Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Powerpoint
Gmail and other email applications
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Calendar
Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Slack, FB messenger, etc
Project management software such as Clickup or Asana

Desired technical skills and experience
We are looking for a keen learner that can grow with us and rise through the ranks. If you have the following skills (although not essential), this can help you:

Experience with Astra Elementor for WordPress
Past history in SEO implementation for local businesses' websites

(Note that we provide comprehensive training for all the tools and platforms we use regardless.)

Work schedule and holidays:

This is a full-time position.

To allow some crossover with Australian business hours, we request that (if possible) you are available Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 1 pm PHT (i.e. Manila time) - this is negotiable depending on your circumstances. The other 4 hours are flexible.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.

We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary: $600 USD per month

Perks and benefits:

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will be eligible for the 13th month.

Training provided: If accepted, you’ll be provided with full training on WordPress and the particular themes we use so you can confidently make basic website updates and edits. You’ll also be provided with complete training on the task management and SEO tools used within our ---------- reer potential: You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle administrative tasks.


Timeline:
- Applications close on the 19th of December
- As Christmas break is approaching, your role will begin on the 9th of January
- There will be a 30-day trial to begin; if we like each other we'll continue
