Short promotional video for use on social media and emails using components from already existing website.

I need someone with the ability to put together a short video to be used on social media (Facebook, etc.) and email signatures that promotes my company. Video should be less than two minutes in length and should be able to be viewed on all platforms (computers, smart phones, tablets, etc.)
