JOB OVERVIEW

We require an experienced Marketing Specialist that has experience with GOOGLE ADS. The ideal candidate will be a PROBLEM SOLVER that works on initiative and has a passionate ENTHUSIASM TO LEARN ABOUT EVERYTHING DIGITAL MARKETING. Experience in other areas of marketing, particularly Facebook ads is a bonus.

You'll be working as a marketing specialist delivering work for numerous clients across multiple areas of marketing with the primary focus being on Google ads, landing page building, graphic design and Facebook ads.

You will be working as an assistant to the director. So whilst you are not expected to be a specialist in all the below areas; He is a highly experienced marketing expert and where needed will be training you in multiple areas of marketing to deliver work to a very high standard. Key responsibilities for the role will include some or all of the following (dependent on your proficiencies and interests):
- google ads
- facebook ads
- seo
- email marketing
- website publishing
- graphics editing
- social media posting
- research
- conversion rate optimization & split testing
- analytics analysis and reporting
- creating reports & presentations
- ad-hoc virtual assistant jobs
- ecommerce website management
- customer service

As your experience and skills grow your compensation/salary will grow too.

We're a small and growing New Zealand-based marketing agency and the right candidate for this role will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business.

Marketing experience in either SEO or Google Ads is highly desirable but secondary to English writing capability.

Core skills REQUIRED to apply for this position
Google Ads or Facebook ads - minimum 1 year experience
At least 2 years working in marketing
English Writing - ability to write comprehensive reports
English Communication - ability to communicate efficiently verbally with a team

Experience with any of the other subjects above is a bonus

Additionally, you will be passionate about learning more about all aspects of marketing and looking to work and grow with our company for many years to come. (This is NOT a short term or part time role)
