Social Media Manager Urgently Required

We are looking for a social media expert to manage Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms in the Skincare and Beauty field.

We need a talented person, preferably knowledgeable in this field, to create content and post daily on all social media platforms. You should be willing to research and post quality contents. Must be fully fluent in English, speaking and writing, to be part of our offshore team along with our current in-house team. Must have experience at least 3 years in Social Media marketing and have managed similar jobs before. Here is what the position entails:

Design / Edit images and Videos for posts and must be familiar with relative softwares
Create copywriting content for our Instagram and facebook posts (images or video), stories and captions
Setup and arrange the Social media business page (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok Business)
Manage the e-commerce page of the business such as ---------- the future we are looking at Amazon, Ebay and Etsy
Arrange and manage the design and implementation of a website for the business
Arrange for the SEO part of the site to be managed and maintained
Arrange a full marketing campaign for current and new products
Must know how to work with Facebook ads (META), Instagram, Google Ads, Tiktok Business and manage the budgets
Increase and grow our following and engagement organically: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
Provide full customer service for clients and followers from time of purchase all the way to delivery and feedback
Be familiar with design softwares in case upgradation is required to the brand/product/website
Handle the accounts and bookkeeping for the business (We use Quickbooks)
Must be flexible to handle tasks related to the business and give full support
Daily posts on Instagram and Facebook 5 days a week
Suggestions on what can be done differently to ensure maximum exposure on Social media
Weekly planning and Providing monthly strategies with set goals by end of each month (Basically we need to have a plan, not just daily posts with no strategy or goal)
Interact with followers and competitors followers & engagements (follows, likes, hashtag management)
Coordinate with influencers (find, contact influencers) for sponsored or review posts of products
Create and manage giveaways or promotions
You need to have high speed internet and a Fast PC/Laptop, stable connection (it affects your job performance)
Must be accessible during work time, and must have an excellent internet connection

Due to the time difference (we are in the United Kingdom), we will agree on a starting time and closing time. Must work 8 Hrs per day for 5 days/week. We need someone professional who can come up with a plan and strategy based on our goals and be in contact with us on a weekly basis. We want someone for the long term and as business grows, we would be looking to introduce incentives and bonus schemes.
