Previously my team and I consistently got results for our clients. For example, we helped a retail company to increase their revenues by $750,000 per year and we helped a popular food blog with 115K Instagram followers to increase their organic website visitors by 400%.

We’re currently a multi 6-figure business and we’re scaling really quickly to 7-figures in revenue within the next 2 years, so you would play a crucial role as part of that growth.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job?

I'm looking to place lead generation specialists with our partner marketing agencies, and there are up to 5 roles available.

Specifically, we have been mentoring many fast growing marketing agencies in North America. And they are looking for lead generation specialists to SCALE their marketing agency business.

After we implemented this ourselves and grew our marketing agency business a lot, we have been teaching others how to do this.

So we will be placing you with one of our “partner” agency clients, and we will provide you with all the training as you start to work with them.

Since you will be their lead generation specialist, you have a very important role of finding new prospects and contacting prospects to convince them to "chat with me on the phone".

You will be doing a number of things:

1.Message prospective clients through Linkedin, Instagram, Email and etc. to build rapport, introduce the company, and identify appropriate clients within the target market. This is where having strong written English and good conversational English is very important (we will provide you with the list and contacts of the companies)

2.Create personalized messages using the instructions and templates that will be provided to you (Example: customizing the message in an email with information about the prospect)

3. Identify and find prospect companies who are qualified and a good fit for our services. (Example: You might be asked to find e-commerce companies in the US who fit a certain criteria range)

4. To proactively support the team by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate

5. Handle administrative responsibilities

6. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may take on more responsibility and ownership. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.

NICE TO HAVES from your past experiences (Not mandatory since we will give you the training you need, but these will give you an edge and you should mention them in your application):
- Ideally have past experience with lead generation and with messaging prospects already
- Background knowledge of marketing services
- Cold Calling is a plus

Here is the hours and compensation:

This role is full time, 40 hours per week. Your hours will be flexible as long as you complete the tasks, but I would need you to be available from 9am-12pm Toronto Eastern time (that’s 9pm-12am in the Philippines) for meetings and to contact the leads during business hours.

This job will start off at $3 USD/Hour (~php175/hour), plus commission for every sale that you booked a call with that we close (for example: $100 USD, or 5600 php for every sale closed).

There’s also a lot of opportunity to grow depending on your performance and as the company grows (for example, your compensation can increase to $5-6 USD in 1 year, and then $8+ USD/hour in 2-3 years).

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with our partner agency companies. This also gives you opportunities to grow in roles in our partners' companies overtime. For example, if you perform well, you can be promoted to oversee tea ---------- mbers.
