WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INCLUDE?
- Customer Service
- Help resolve customer issues, especially with deliveries
- Answer inquiries from customers daily
- Reach out to customers when needed (e.g. Asking for their contact information)
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- You already have at least 1-year experience using Shopify & Customer Service
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous
- You are a self-starter and can work independently without supervision
- You are comfortable working remotely, at your own time
- You have excellent written/spoken English skills so that you can easily collaborate with our team
- You are open to change and feedback
- You are proactive and constantly finding new ways to improve your performance
- You take pride in the results that you deliver
- You will put in the extra effort to deliver desired results and KPIs
