AWS - csv to DB for data visualization, analytics and ETL

Need someone to recommend and execute a data architecture to create a dashboard (data visualization and analytics) from daily .csv files which are currently being imported into S3 bucket. Would like to ingest daily .csv files into a database (e.g. Athena, RedShift or other), perform basic ETL, and setup for data visualization and analytics and reporting (e.g. using Grafana, PowerBI, or other). I'll need to be able to support, so will need work to be done with me observing and asking questions through a Zoom screenshare sessions. Ideally, work will be performed between 8AM-2AM CST.

Timing of work is flexible, based on your availability - work as little as 1-3 hours per day for a few days each week, or more if you'd like.
