-Available to work 10 am-6 pm on weekdays and responsive to team PHT (UTC+8?)

ABOUT ME:
-I’m looking for someone to help us manage and drive client projects forward

About the position:
-Proactively moving projects along from start (onboarding) to finish (Handover & Launch)
-Working from a task checklist for every step of the project (Updating accordingly)
-Delegate tasks and manage other departments of the team (content, design, support)
-Dealing with Clients in Email, sometimes WhatsApp, Zoom
-Keeping track of project progress, client requirements, feedback and requests
-Prioritising projects and tasks
-Reading/listening to client feedback and delegating to other tea ---------- mbers to work on
-Quality checking website design/functionality/tasks completed before handing over
-Assistance and guidance to clients who need help
-Collecting and managing files provided by clients
-Chatting with to team via ----------
-Clear instructions for both clients and tea ---------- mbers (developers, designers, support)

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
-Will pay daily for the 1st week, then on a weekly basis after the 1st week
-We pay bonuses for great work
-We pay 13th Month Bonus
-We give pay increases based on performance
-Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
-These are paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 days)
