Martin Management Group is seeking a Virtual Recruiting Coordinator due to growth!
Responsibilities:
Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use a multi-channel approach to recruiting (including social media platforms, etc.)
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Prepare/update a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
Efficiently and effectively supporting corporate recruiters in filling open positions by conducting phone screens for entry-level positions
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Assist in researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Perform other special projects as
Requirements:
Must be proficient in boolean searches, passive recruitment (Indeed subscription for passive messages will be provided), and social media recruitment.
Any certifications to support the above are preferred, but not required.
Amenable to work US Central Timezone'
