Content Manager / VA for online learning platform (LMS)

Please note that this role needs to be performed during US (EST) business hours.

We are looking for a content manager for our online learning platform.
Our Learning Management System (LMS) is LearnDash, though we will be migrating to another platform in
2023. We offer video courses, quizzes, and other training materials to thousands of students.
The content manager will maintain all learning content related to the LMS.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist with creating, documenting, and executing improved content management strategies
• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of content migration to the new LMS system
• Organize and maintain content (courses, lessons, practice tests, videos, questions, cheat sheets, articles)
• Quality assurance for content before publishing
• Maintain courses on our LMS, Udemy, Amazon, and any other relevant platforms
• Maintain detailed course structure documentation
• Maintain master documents for practice tests
• Update course content when new content is created
• Maintain file system (videos, questions, captions etc.)
• Maintain video file library Update captions and maintain VTT files
• Submit new videos for captioning
• Update / edit videos where necessary (Mac required. Screenflow software will be provided)
• Export and handbrake video files
• Create and implement system for submitting course updates
