JOB QUALIFICATION
-Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends and influencer marketing specifically
-Hands on experience and previous quality results generated with influencer marketing
-Highly creative with an eye for detail
-Familiarity with social media and digital platforms (FB ,IG, TikTok)
-Great oral and written communication skills (creative writing skills is a plus)
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Solid organizational and time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to execute on successful influencer marketing campaigns
-Uses influencer marketing tools to capture content and measure results (IG, TikTok)
-Manage an organization's influencer marketing online presence by developing a relevant strategy for growth
-Communicate with and report to Junior Marketing Manager & CEO
-Monitor, track, analyze and report on the performance on influencer marketing campaigns
-Recommend improvements to increase the performance of social media pages as well as sales originating from social media content
-Ability to create engaging multimedia content and communicate with the designer on what content we need to maintain a consistent brand image
