PR Specialist for Photographer Influencer

I’m a fashion & portrait photographer/ influencer that wants to bring on an PR assistant!

I have received grants and want to grow my photography as a brand by connecting with the right people. I'm seeking for a PR assistant who will help n the expansion of my brand.

The public relations specialist is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who coordinates my public relations efforts, promoting my photo series, and other projects.


Responsibilities include:

•Taking part in brainstorming sessions and suggesting innovative ideas
•Assisting with the development and distribution of PR materials, including brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos
•Editing and proofreading social media content, videos, press releases, emails, and other communications about my brand that will be sent to the public
•Assisting with the organization and execution of various media and PR events
•Managing PR materials, filing, copying, and performing other clerical tasks
•Responding to emails and inquiries, and performing other administrative tasks
•Managing calendars and media lists
•Maintaining the PR database, documenting media coverage, and tracking PR metrics
•Developing and maintaining positive relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, media, and clients

Key PR Responsibilities:
•Developing PR key messages
•Creating and delivering PR plans and campaigns
•Seeking out press opportunities within my niche (black women photographer, photography, art, entrepreneurship, young millennials)
•Writing awards entries
••Providing media training
•Drafting media statements and dealing with media enquiries
