Job Overview:
To support APV Consulting’s rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced professional that will help us with the following:
-Manage the managing director’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
-Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
-Organize travel and restaurant booking
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the managing director's calendar and set up meetings
-Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Managing Director
-Make travel and restaurant arrangements
-Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel.
-Format information for internal and external communication – memos,
-Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly pay range we’re offering is between $5 to $10, depending on experience, and benefits include the following:

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to C-suite level positions
-Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
-Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple calendars
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Great experience in managing multiple calendars
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
-Flexible team player who is proactive, results-oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor
-Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
-Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail
