Financial assistant / P&L statement expert

We are looking for a long-term A-player Financial assistant / P&L statement expert for our rapidly growing company.

We are in a middleman position business where we deal with clients and suppliers on daily basis.
Finance is an important aspect of a middleman business. To keep everything running smoothly, the payment process must run smoothly and intervene when necessary. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analyses also play a role in providing a structured overview of a healthy business.

WHAT DOES THE JOB CONSIST OF:
? Making monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
? Importing bank transactions in the P&L statement sheet
? Making the companies P&L statement complete
? Monitoring and checking incoming and outgoing bank transactions and checking why the payment is made
? Advising on budgeting and cashflow to grow the company
? Finding solutions to make the bookkeeping in the company more efficient

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Expert experience with office management tools like Google Spreadsheets and Excel
- Has experience in creating P&L statements and analysis of the business
- Flexible A-player who is not averse to hard work
- Results-driven, a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Expert in making calculations
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with VLOOKUP in Excel
- Someone who is willing to grow into a CFO position in the company
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours (8-12 hours/month)
