OVERVIEW

The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day operation of the VERVE eCommerce presence, in order for the business to achieve overall objectives.

You will aim to deliver optimum online customer experience so the team can ensure sales and profitability targets are met across our core web platform and sales channels (including marketplaces). To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced technical brain and savvy online shopper with the ability to both deliver the results while documenting, educating and influencing key stakeholders across the digital maturity spectrum.

An ideal candidate will have ecommerce experience and a retail background, understands emerging digital trends and has a natural passion for development, data, analysis and the practical ‘can do’ implementation of big ideas (and plenty of small ones too!)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ECOMMERCE:
? Ensure that the online store(s) and marketplaces are trading and able to deliver sales to achieve targets.
> Take on responsibility and ownership of the timely building of promotions, landing pages, product categories and other relevant aspects of the customer journeys to support broader marketing activity and business objectives.
> Work in conjunction with the procurement team to support the loading of product.
> Manage website loyalty program.
> Manage Klaviyo email.
> Aid in the monitoring stock and the creation, maintenance and oversight of a detailed product catalogue in order to deliver optimization of product representation and develop online guidelines.
> Set up promotions in line with the planned activity, for specific audiences, with comprehensive messaging.
> Support in managing online projects including coordinating briefing, communications, input, output, documentation, testing, monitoring as well as maintenance of items in NetSuite.
> Work with marketing team and content to drive ATV, visits and conversion.

2. REPORTING
> Accurately report on website performance weekly and execute actionable insights.
> Perform detailed website checks, report any issues with urgency and make fast and accurate updates where necessary.
> Implement and maintain tagging, tracking and user monitoring for BAU, test, trials and experiments.

3. USER EXPERIENCE
> Play an active role in identifying valuable site enhancements in line with the strategy, with an understanding of the development roadmap and planned sprints.
> Undertake UAT for all updates, deployments and future developments including playing a key roll in development, coordination, implementation and reporting of testing.
> Brief and implement onsite content, including home page, landing pages and information content using HTML, with a strong focus on UX and mobile.
> Maintain onsite search settings, report on search activity and continually work to optimize the search experience.
> Maintain open communication with the Customer Care team to ensure a positive customer experience is a priority.
> Utilize A/B testing to continually optimize the online experience
WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
? Extensive HTML/CSS experience preferred
• Shopify Plus experience
? Min 2yrs of fast paced online retail / eCommerce experience necessary
? Experience with Google Analytics (or similar web analytics tools) and the logic applied to understand the correct implementation and interpret results is essential
? Experience in setting-up, managing and reporting (examples)
? Retail promotions (online and offline)
? Experience running and managing testing and UAT as the tools/automations that support
? Testing script creation, management of testing teams and results
? Building web pages, landing pages and competition forms
? Home page code changes
? Integration of 3rd party applications into core system

? Is able to interpret, document and follow instructions.
? Creation of guides and ‘how-to’ documents to support key functions
