Video Editor and Social Media Manager

We are looking for a video & photo editor that can edit videos sent and repurpose videos already delivered to clients.
The videos which need editing will be for instagram, Tik Tok , You Tube Shorts, and You Tube. We would prefer an editor proficient with Final Cut Pro, Canva, and Photoshop
