Senior Architect

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Take lead in the completion of detailed engineering design and all necessary technical bidding documents for CAPEX in-house and out-sourced projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability
-Prepares conceptual design for Maynilad
-Monitors, reviews, checks, and coordinates with End-Users the submitted Contract Drawings, and other technical bidding documents prepared by contractors/ consultants of Bank-financed projects or CAPEX Projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.

ON AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:-Licensed architect with 3 years experience or Architecture graduate with 5 years experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software applications
