Healthcare Account Manager

Although we are headquartered in the US, our team is almost entirely based in the Philippines and are proud to foster a culture based on teamwork, recognition, and support. We are seeking an account manager for a large partner of ours in the industry. The primary functions of this role will be to:

- Serve as the account manager/liaison for this industry partner
- Perform in-depth quality assurance for all course copy, artwork, certificates, etc.
- Plan and prioritize future course creation and registration based on past sales
- Keep our team aware of the needs for future content based on current gaps
- Regularly review course surveys and make any updates to the course content as-needed
- Add interesting, branded artwork throughout the courses to keep them fresh and relevant

The ideal skills required to be successful in this role are:

- To have excellent oral and written English communication for an American audience
- To be highly detail-oriented and must be able to perform QA reviews independently
- Having a background in healthcare would be strongly preferred as it would allow you to understand industry jargon
- Since this role will be largely independent, the selected individual will need to be self-managed and self-motivated
- To be able to provide reports of their progress on an ongoing basis
- To be able to manipulate and edit artwork will be helpful for the role
