JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to add a member to our customer support team to help us out with workload and current high demand. We are an ecommerce agency that specializes in creating video ads for dropshipping stores and ecommerce ---------- is required that you have experience in customer service using Zendesk. We also require high proficiency in english, as well as using google sheets, reliable, trustworthy, hard working and someone that prides themselves on providing a great customer experience through support!

We already have a high quality full time customer service manager located in California, USA which you will be working directly under. We will provide you with onboarding trainings on our systems and processes as well as one on one training and management during your initial start with us.

This position will start as a part time position during our off hours and will shortly turn into a full time position. You will be able to work on PH timezone about 2-4 hours per day. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience!
